If your group exceeds 16 people, we may not be able to accept your reservation depending on the date and time of your visit and the reservation status, so please be sure to contact us by phone.

Please note that we require that you order a drink for each guest aged 4 or over as the entrance fee to depart for the ancient world .

[How to enjoy]

As long as you don't climb the brown fence or touch the dinosaurs, you're free to take photos and videos while walking around the store.

Please refrain from streaming videos as it will disturb other customers.

If you order the Kids Ranger Lunch or Parent and Child Plate, you will receive a small dinosaur toy as a gift when you leave.

There is also a merchandise store at the entrance.

[Event: Dinosaur Ride]

This is an event where you can ride a moving dinosaur around the store. If you would like to participate, please check the "Event time" and "Eligible conditions" below.

(You may not be able to board if the maximum number of passengers is reached. If there are more than eight passengers, priority will be given to those who meet the "Eligible Conditions" below. Thank you for your understanding.)

Please note that you may not be able to board if the bus reaches capacity.

Eligible conditions

1. Customers who have made a reservation, whose birthday is in that month, and who order a birthday plate (※1)

2. The person who made the reservation and whose birthday is in that month (※2)

3. Customers who have made a reservation and have a point card (with 3 stamps and within the expiration date)

4. Customers who have made a reservation and have an unlimited point card

5. Customers who have made a reservation and are using points on the same day (not available on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or during certain periods)

If it is your birthday month, please note that you will be required to present your original government-issued identification (health insurance card, My Number card, etc.; photos are not accepted) and if you forget, you will not be able to participate.

If you have forgotten your official identification, or if you have a My Number, you can request a copy of your family register or resident card at a nearby convenience store, which can be used as official identification, so please consult with a member of the team.

Every Thursday and Sunday from 7:00pm, we darken the interior of the store and show movies for about two hours. During the screening, the area around your feet will be dark and some of the dinosaurs will go into hibernation.

Please note that due to production reasons, birthday plates will not be provided, and dinosaur rides and photo sessions will not be held during the movie screening.
